Inside Pictures 2025: Module 1 Opens with Major Industry Voices

The 2025 Inside Pictures programme launched in style last night with a buzzing Welcome Dinner at The Union Club, bringing together this year’s participants, key funders — ScreenSkills and Amazon MGM Studios’ Ascend represented by Claire Mohacek — and many of the experts who’ll be sharing their insights over the week ahead.

We were honoured to be joined by Inside Pictures founder and patron Michael Kuhn (Qwerty Films) and Christos Michaels of Lee & Thompson, whose continued sponsorship makes the programme possible. Christos and his team will also be hosting us at their offices throughout the week.

Over the coming days, participants will dive deep into the full film and TV value chain — from story development to global exhibition — while also forging the kind of international connections that define Inside Pictures.

This year’s line-up includes exciting new voices:

  • Sol Bondy (One Two Films, IP alum) joins the conversation on European coproduction with case-led insights.
  • Martha Hood (Blueprint Pictures) brings a fresh perspective to our Development session.
  • Phil Clapp (UK Cinema Association) joins our Exhibition panel with a national outlook.
  • Minh Nguyen (SquareOne Entertainment, IP alum) adds depth to the Acquisitions & Distribution session.

We’re especially looking forward to closing the week with a headline Amazon Panel featuring Tom Lieber, Lauren Bacon, Jack Spence and Bharat Sharma— a rare chance to hear directly from the executives shaping the future of content.
