After a very intense week of personal development and leadership training, Module 3 finishes on a high!
The week has seen a host of speakers from our alumni network, including Producers, Jack Arbuthnott & Diarmid Scrimshaw and financier Wayne Marc Godfrey. Arbuthnott was also joined by Becky Gregory-Clarke who is Head of Immersive at The NFTS and StoryFutures Academy, and they both delivered a fascinating VR case study of Asif Kapadia’s LAIKA.
The week has also seen our participants focussing on developing their leadership skills, with a bespoke programme delivered by David Solomon of Sun & Moon Training. The participants all received their individual Myers Briggs profiles, which formed the basis for some intense personal development. Alumni, John Letham of Considered Thinking lead the final session, and participants were invited to reflect on both their journey to date and their goals for the future. It proved the perfect way to end such an intensive module.
A jubilant end to an intense week!
The cohort will now come together again next May for an extra mini-module and final graduation. This new timeframe allows our participants to further develop their projects, businesses and leadership skills, and they will be supported during this period with individual coaching sessions.
The 2020 edition of Inside Pictures has been different to any other in the history of the programme and despite the challenges of delivering online, the programme feels like it’s needed more now than ever before.
Here’s to 2021!
